(Cassville, Missouri) One of Arning’s long-time road warriors, truck driver Craig Ganoung, recently reached the 4 million-mile plateau with the company.

Ganoung has been with Arning for the last 35 years — all spent making sure our loads of materials arrive safely and on time all while working on the road. His unwavering loyalty to Arning cannot be overstated.

“Imagine if you drove 600 miles every day, it would take 18 years to drive 4 million miles,” said Kenyon Atkinson, Arning’s Chief Design Officer.

In December, Arning gifted Ganoung a Henry rifle engraved with his latest milestone on the side at the annual service award ceremony. When he’s not driving semis, Ganoung enjoys being around the lake and loves to take trips across the country on his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Since 2020, Arning has added modular construction, construction management and research development divisions within the company. Arning has grown to a combined 230,000 square-feet of state-of-the-art manufacturing space.  This includes the headquarters in Cassville, Missouri, as well as a newly purchased facility in Clarksville, Arkansas.

“Our greatest asset is our people and their ability to dream big,” said Ryan Stockton, Arning’s Chief Executive Officer.

“You can’t get to where we are today without the right people in place. With that, it is an honor to announce our new leadership team. We have added Vice President level positions and have expanded our Director level positions.”

(Clarksville, Arkansas) Arning Companies Inc. announced on Thursday plans to open a $5 million facility in Clarksville, creating 125 new jobs over a five-year period.

Arning purchased a 168,000-square-foot facility at 1 Boreham Dr in Clarksville. The project, involving building, improvements and the installment of new equipment, is expected to be completed by the end of February 2022.

Ryan Stockton, President & Chief Operating Officer at Arning, said the expansion stemmed from the company's significant growth in modular construction with new contracts and increased sales.

“For many years the construction industry has faced a variety of challenges ranging from a lack of skilled labor to onsite delays and disruptions,” Stockton said. “Our expansion into Clarksville will give us the much-needed space to further develop our off-site modular construction programs.”

Arning, founded in 1983 by Fred Arning and headquartered in Cassville, is an industry leader in design, engineering and fabrication. The company has worked with a number of renowned businesses, such as Sonic and Raising Canes, Casey’s General Stores, Walmart and Sam’s Club.

“I believe Arning Companies will be a great business partner in Arkansas, and I’m excited to welcome them to our state,” Gov. Asa Hutchinson said. “They bring a wealth of quality and experience in the metal and fabrication industry as well as the same hometown service-with-a-smile that Arkansans know and appreciate. Their investment in the Clarksville community will go a long way into changing the lives of many in the area.”

Arning will immediately begin hiring full-time positions.
