Fred Arning founded Arning Canopy systems.

Ryan Stockton acquires a significant ownership stake in the company and purchases a second facility in Clarksville AR

Expansion from kiosks into modular construction became a major strategic turning point for the company and drove significant growth, more than doubling in size.
